.NET on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 Offline

This tool will help to install .NET 2.0 framework, .NET 3.5 framework on the following systems:
* it’s offline and without any DVD or windows iso. *
* Windows 8
* Windows 8.1
* Windows 8.1 with Update 1
* Windows 10 (Build 10240)
* Windows Server 2012 R2
It is offline, (no internet is required), and standalone no Windows ISO or Windows DVD is needed.
It is supporting all Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and windows 10 languages and versions.
(works on both 64 bit and 32 bit systems).

Command Line Switch for Silent Install is 
(Capital S, no spaces in filename)

"DotNet_Win8.exe /S"

"DotNet_Win8.1.exe /S"

"DotNet_Win10.exe /S"

There is an Error With Windows 8.1 Pro German language, Please if you encounter this error remove and uninstall those updates KB2966826 and KB2966828 , And run the tool again.
